Top Reasons to exhibit

Our goal in our first year was to have a quality attendees and a great distribution of quality exhibitors. If you noticed, we have very, very few companies exhibiting products or services not 100% related with trucking, which was our first goal.

We were congratulated by some of the big names that were exhibiting, people that has years of experience participating in many different shows, companies like Citgo, Dynaflex, Nelson, Tenneco, FPPF, etc., all of them agreeing that our organization and setup was superb, that we covered many aspects normally forgotten in other shows. Some reps liked the possibility to contact all major parts stores in the area, which was worth several days of work.

For our second year, we have three goals: expand the size of the show without sacrificing quality, bring OE dealerships and bring more people.

Having a great response from our founding exhibitors, we have been receiving a lot of confirmations and actually, many exhibitors are getting double the space, and sometimes more. This is helping us reach our first challenge, and so far we are getting close to 50% of our space sold.

In terms of OE's, last year it was difficult to get commitment from them, as they had many doubts about the success of a new show, which we had. We are working hard to get them this year, so far, Vanguard Truck Center (Mack & Isuzu) has already confirmed their participation.

To bring more visitors we learned a lot last year about the best advertising activities, we will reinforce and improve our marketing strategies: models handing out flyers at truck stops and parts stores, billboards, live broadcasting at main radio stations from the show, email campaigns, Facebook and social media, as we will advertise also in cities like San Antonio, Austin, Laredo, McAllen, Corpus Christi, Victoria, Beaumont, etc.
